An open-source platform for professionals, businesses, and changemakers to share knowledge, co-create solutions, and invest in a regenerative future. Free for everyone during our beta phase.
It takes a great many bricks to build a bridge that connects lands, ideas, and people - and with your help, you can learn from others and contribute as well. On Green Bridge Collective, a brick is a unit of shared knowledge: a piece of advice, a research insight, a lived experience, or a useful resource contributed freely by a member of our community.
Browse what others have shared, add your own bricks, vote on what resonates, and help the collective grow stronger with every contribution. Your knowledge is the mortar. Our community is the foundation.

Our Story
Green Bridge Collective was founded on a simple belief: that the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to build a regenerative future should be accessible to everyone - not locked behind paywalls or siloed within industries.
We are currently in our beta research and validation phase. All access is free. We are listening closely, building quickly, and shaping the platform around real community needs. Every piece of feedback matters. Every brick of knowledge shared makes us stronger.
We are in our research phase. Everything is free while we validate the concept and build with our community.
All knowledge on GBC is freely accessible. Open information accelerates change faster than proprietary systems.
Every brick of knowledge is written by a real person. The platform grows through collective contribution.
Who It Is For
GBC was designed for a wide community of people who care about sustainability and want to do something meaningful with that care. Whether you are starting out or leading an organisation, there is a place for you here.
Learn sustainability concepts, explore certifications, build your knowledge base, and connect with professionals in the field before you graduate.
Find sustainability roles, read real career advice from practitioners, and connect with companies and recruiters who share your values.
Share your expertise, contribute knowledge bricks, connect across industries and geographies, and help shape the future of the platform.
List your programmes, share research, connect with sustainability-focused employers, and help your students find their path in the green economy.
Share your sustainability mission, attract aligned talent, post open calls for collaboration, and connect with other organisations building regenerative value chains.
Discover impact investment opportunities, learn about green finance instruments, and connect with sustainability ventures looking for aligned capital.
Why We Built This
Sustainability professionals were scattered across LinkedIn, academic journals, niche forums, and paid databases. The knowledge existed but it was fragmented and often inaccessible.
We built GBC to change that. One open platform where practitioners share real knowledge, organisations find real partners, and students find real mentors. No algorithms optimising for engagement. No advertisers. Just community.
The problem we are solving
What You Can Contribute
Every contribution on GBC is called a brick. Bricks are small, focused pieces of knowledge shared by real people. They can be resources, advice, tools, case studies, or ideas. Anyone can post a brick. Anyone can upvote, save, or respond to one.
Share a resource, insight, tool, or piece of advice. Keep it focused and useful. The community upvotes the most valuable contributions.
Add links to reports, guides, courses, or tools that have helped you. Curated resources are among the most saved bricks on the platform.
Ask a question, challenge an assumption, or open a debate in the Discussion Board. The best ideas come from open, honest conversation.
GBC is shaped by its community. If something is missing, broken, or could be better, tell us. Your feedback directly influences what we build next.
Add your skills, location, and areas of focus. A complete profile helps others find you and opens doors to collaboration, mentoring, and career opportunities.
Upvoting good content helps the best bricks surface for everyone. Saving bricks to your profile builds your personal sustainability knowledge library.

Company Knowledge Bricks
Where organisations and individuals partner, share resources, co-create projects, post open calls, and build circular economy impact together
The Concept
Industrial symbiosis connects organisations so one company’s waste becomes another’s resource. Collaboration on GBC makes these connections possible at scale. Individuals bring skills and fresh perspectives. Organisations bring resources and reach. Together, you build something neither could alone.
Match underutilised resources with partners who need them
Co-develop projects neither party could fund alone
Reduce waste streams by connecting within local ecosystems
Connect excess materials, heat, water, and energy between companies to eliminate waste entirely.
Share expertise across industries. A circular fashion expert might solve a food manufacturer’s problem.
Collaborate on projects that restore ecosystems while solving real business and community challenges.
Section A · Resource Collaboration
These organisations have signalled they are open to partnerships, pilots, circular economy projects, resource matching, or shared impact work. Connect to share materials, energy, knowledge, or capacity.
Find Companies by Region
Select your region to discover companies operating nearby and explore potential collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Section B · System Symbiosis
Browse and post bricks across the full spectrum of industrial symbiosis topics - waste, energy, materials, water, logistics, infrastructure, R&D, and beyond. Tap a category to open its thread on this page.
Section D · Open Calls
Looking for partners, applications for a pilot, proposals for an RFP, or contributors to a research project? Post an open call so the right collaborators can find you.
Open calls are project bricks tagged as Open Calls. Submit yours via “Post a Project” in Section C and choose the Open Calls thread.
Section E · Add a Company / Organization
Add your company, nonprofit, school, NGO, research lab, or institution so collaborators and partners can find you on GBC. Mark yourself as “open to collaboration” to appear in Section A.
All listings are created by verified representatives. We do not pre-populate or invent company listings. The same form is used in the Companies tab - you only need to add your organisation once.
A project or collaboration brick may also fit one of these areas. Tap to cross-link:

Capital, grants, accelerators, and impact funding to power sustainability ventures
What Is Green Investing?
Green investing means directing financial capital toward companies, projects, and assets that generate measurable environmental and social benefits alongside financial returns. Unlike traditional investing, which focuses exclusively on profit, green investing recognises that long-term financial health is inseparable from planetary health.
For Green Bridge Collective, green investing is central to our mission. When our community learns to invest with intention, capital flows toward the solutions the world needs most: renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, clean water infrastructure, and biodiversity protection. Fifty percent of all future GBC membership revenue will be donated to exactly these kinds of causes.
Understanding green investing empowers every member to become a more powerful agent of change - whether they have ten euros or ten million to invest. The knowledge bricks below are contributed by our community and grow over time.
The global green bond market surpassed 500 billion euros, growing 30% year-on-year as institutional capital flows toward sustainability.
Leading ESG funds have outperformed conventional benchmarks over 5-year periods while maintaining lower volatility profiles.
